Love, Joy, Peace...
Mission Statement
To cultivate a community of disciples who live by every Word that proceeds from the mouth of God. Rhema Word Community Church exists to help believers hear, understand, and apply divine revelation — transforming hearts, renewing minds, and empowering lives through the spoken Word of God, prayer, worship, and service.
Vision Statement
To be a Spirit-led church that operates in revelation knowledge — where every disciple walks in intimate fellowship with God, under the command of the throne of Jesus, equipped to discern His voice, demonstrate His power, and advance His Kingdom in the earth by manifesting their God-ordained purpose.
Core Values
1. Revelation
We live by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. Revelation is not merely information — it is illumination. As the Holy Spirit unveils truth, we receive divine insight that renews our minds, directs our paths, and equips us to walk in alignment with the will of God through direct obedience and love. (Matthew 4:4; Ephesians 1:17–18)
2. Discipleship- Taught, Transformed, and Sent
Discipleship is our Kingdom commission — to be taught, transformed, and sent. Every disciple is called to sit under the revelation of God’s Word, be renewed and reshaped by its power, and then sent forth to impact the world. Through teaching, transformation, and divine empowerment, we reproduce mature believers who carry revelation into their homes, communities, and nations — advancing the Kingdom of God in both word and deed. (Matthew 28:19–20; Romans 12:2; Acts 1:8)
3. Power
We believe in the demonstration of the Spirit’s power as confirmation of the Word we preach. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead lives in us, empowering believers to heal the sick, deliver the oppressed, and proclaim the gospel with authority. We move not by might, nor by power, but by His Spirit. (Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 2:4–5; Zechariah 4:6)
4. Purpose
Every believer is uniquely called, gifted, and appointed for Kingdom purpose. As we receive revelation and grow in discipleship, we discover and walk boldly in our God-ordained assignments, bringing divine order and impact to every sphere of influence. (Jeremiah 29:11; Ephesians 2:10)
5. Worship
Worship is our response to revelation — a lifestyle of surrender that exalts the King of Glory. Through worship, we create an atmosphere for divine encounter where hearts are softened, burdens are lifted, and God’s presence transforms us from glory to glory. (John 4:23–24; 2 Corinthians 3:18)
6. Prayer
Prayer is the foundation of revelation and relationship. It is through prayer that we hear, discern, and align with the voice of God. As a praying church, we intercede for souls, cities, and nations, releasing Heaven’s will into the earth. (1 Thessalonians 5:17; James 5:16; Matthew 6:10)
7. Community
We are one body, joined together by faith and love. Through fellowship, accountability, and service, we strengthen one another and reflect the unity of the Spirit. Our community exists to build people, heal families, and demonstrate the love of Christ in tangible ways. (Acts 2:42–47; Ephesians 4:16)
8. Service
We serve as the hands and feet of Jesus. Every act of service is an act of worship — an expression of love that meets both spiritual and physical needs. We are committed to serving with excellence, humility, and compassion, reflecting the heart of Christ to all. (Mark 10:45; Colossians 3:23–24)
